Hot Hot Heat is a band from Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. The band currently comprises Steve Bays (vocals and keyboards), Paul Hawley (drums) and Dustin Hawthorne (bass). Luke Paquin (guitar) is currently touring with the band.

Another amazing band from Canada. Besides Sloan and the Superfrenz I think these guys "GOT IT". Sure its repetitive, over the top and a bit irritating but so is a lot of pop bands on the market. They are a Sub Pop band and I find this second wave of acts far more fulfilling than the first wave, (Nirvana, Mudhoney, 8 Way Santa etc. Tad, you know what I mean).... its almost as if these guys actually have something on their minds...... I even liked Seaweed, another minor bright moment in the Sub Pop history.
